They also explained the importance of good contract administration and management for procurement and finance, based on their experience with their clients. In the process, they also touched on some of the challenges you may encounter when implementing a contract management tool.

Lonneke Goei | Spendlinq

Lonneke Goei is a senior consultant and change management expert at Spendlinq. Over the past 20 years, she has supervised various implementations of Contract-to-Pay (C2P) solutions and ERP solutions for various clients in diverse sectors.

Based on her substantive knowledge of C2P processes, which she combines with her change management experience, Lonneke understands like no other how to get people on board in implementations of contract management or procurement solutions.

Menno Steur | Spendlinq

As Director of Technology at Spendlinq, Menno Steur has a broad knowledge of technological developments and solutions within the Source to Pay domain. In his role, he assesses the applicability of (new) technology for our clients in the Source-to-Pay domain, including Contract Management.
