Mark Zijlstra | ICTRecht

Mark Zijlstra is Head of Legal Technology. In this role, Mark advises on the intersection of content, technology and operations. His activities consist of optimizing legal departments to increase efficiency and throughput and reduce costs.

Mark studied business administration and law and has been active as a corporate lawyer since 2006. In that capacity, he has advised many (large) companies, among other things, on reorganizations, M&A and the establishment of legal departments.

In recent years, Mark has fulfilled several roles as (interim) General Counsel. During this period, he further immersed himself in Legal Operations and made various legal departments more efficient and effective, thus creating added value for the organization.

Within ICTRecht, he uses this experience to make legal departments better and more efficient by advising on the use of technology.
